I am a retired pastor who was so excited about the emerging church stuff -- including your writings. I burned out on the continuing institutional focus on numerical growth and weak theologies. Now, 7 years post retirement, I am a Benedictine Oblate and am connected to a Benedictine community. This is liberation theology in action. Formation is so much at the core of these communities.
