Thank you for this, Diana (and Rev Sarah). I too was captivated by the genuine, efficient, skilled, caring and brave demeanour of the crew of Artemis II. - And by the grandeur of space, and the beauty and small fragilty of the earth, our place in space.

Wow. What a sermon. Thanks so much for sharing, Diana.

“This is what it means to be saved – not saved for some kind of afterlife, but to experience something in this life that leaves us in awe; to have our hearts opened to realities we often don’t see; to be filled with gladness and generosity; to let that spill over into the world. This is what being saved means.”

Thank you for your heart, tying this mission, their words and all of us together. God made us to live in community; that's us at our best.

I appreciated this message.

Are you going to talk about Pope Leo's message to the world. It the most amazing message from religious leader at that level I've heard and the silence from our leaders is shameful!

The definition of hope is in these words- thank you for this!!

I so appreciate the view on what salvation actually means. For us to form communities like this now on earth instead of waiting for some afterlife.

Makes me think of the Jason Isbell lyric, "Heaven's wasted on the dead, that's what my mama said"

Thank-you for this memorable, Hopeful reflection. When I read a message in the morning I am always trying to find one image or a few words that I can return to that will continue to inspire, guide and centre me throughout the day. This reflection will stay with me today, and in the days ahead. I especially love reflecting on the respectful way they communicated, and the compassion they have for one another.

One of the best sermons I’ve read. I’ve seen in this sermon an example of how we work out our collective salvation with a little trembling and awe (not fear right now). I’m so grateful for the reminder of how the crew of Artemis reflected back love, hope and faith but mostly love. I think a piece of it got lodged in my heart.

This writing, this sermon, cracked open the misery around my heart. Thank you.

This message was so much more meaningful to read on this day, than the typical "Earth Day" messaging that floods the inbox. Thank you so much. A wonderful tie in of the Artemis mission with Acts!

Beautiful sermon Sarah! Such a timely reminder in this Eastertide that we are better in community, be in awe, and copy that!

Copy that 🌟 the love, the respect, the equality, the hearts onboard integrity🙌🏻🤯 how can it not bring us to our knees! I love how this is Yahwehs will for us described in Acts, they shared everything! May it be!
